A BIT ABOUT ME
Your Body, Your Endurance, Your Confidence
Anything is possible with God! As a teenager I was overweight and struggled with weight loss, and body image issues. However, in my early 20s, I discovered a love for exercise. With this new heath fitness zeal, hard work, persistence and resilience, I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. My goal is to be my best self, be healthy and confident. I hope to help others achieve these goals and realize the beauty inside themselves.
